Everything is fairly clean and great. All the rooms are brand-new and spacious with good air conditioning and the staff is pleasant! The location is great and the food is delicious. Puerto Juarez district deserves to be explored.

The value for the money at this hotel was great, and the room was comfortable enough for our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby beaches and taking day trips. The staff at Del Sol were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the stunning sea trips and beaches in the area. We were able to easily visit Isla Mujeres and enjoy snorkelling and swimming with whale sharks. The hotel also offers convenient transportation options to the city center. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently. They made us feel welcome and ensured we had a pleasant stay.

It is located directly opposite the Puerto Juarez Marine Terminal, from which the ferries to Isla Mujeres leave. This is also very convenient for taking the bus or collectivo's, and there's an oxxo supermarket. It is a quiet neighbourhood.

The price was excellent for the location, especially considering the complimentary breakfast and beach access. the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are tidy and comfortable. the hotel's proximity to the ferry dock and the beach is incredibly convenient.
The Wi-Fi didn't function well in the room, and the softness of the beds could be improved. Although manageable, the shower was challenging to use.
